History Workshop: Professor Peter Hoffenberg presents on Friday, Oct. 4
Please join us for next week's session of the History Workshop where Professor Peter Hoffenberg will be presenting, "Judah I. Abrahams: The 'Pilgrim's Progress' of a Georgian Convert and Traveler, or 'At that, she tore the hair from her head.'" The workshop will take place at 2:30pm on Friday, October 4th in the Dept. of History Library (Sakamaki A201).

Phi Alpha Theta Annual Meeting - Thursday, Sept. 12
Phi Alpha Theta (PAT) will have the first meeting of the new school year on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013 at 5:30 pm in the History Department Lounge (SAK B210). A light dinner of pizza and beverages will be served, and all current and prospective members of Phi Alpha Theta are encouraged to attend. Officers for the year will be announced, and plans will be made for upcoming conferences, including the biennial conference in New Mexico in January 2014.
